The Refresh & Restore Retreat
Get away to do the work:
So you can get back to doing forever. Together. As best friends. As divine partners
A retreat where we actually do
the work by going deep into
the frameworks that build Godly,
resilient marriages
The Refresh and Restore retreat is a three-day, immersive, interactive event where we go beyond giving information, to doing the work. We deep dive into the 9 core marital areas (And beyond). Participants leave not just with information but with tools and frameworks to Refresh and to Restore their Marriage.
Get away from everything so you can get back to “US”
There is time for everything. The challenge most couples have is that they have time for everything (and everyone) BUT themselves. They invest time in other places and not enough in the marriage. At the R&R retreats, couples get time to disconnect …to go deeper…to do the work, and rebuild their marital foundations

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely. Therapy/Counseling is great. This is a very different experience. Having other couples there in itself starts to deal with the isolation that often weighs couples down. The environment of collective worship and prayer is another element that further breaks the chains that often keep marriages down. Finally, the content is deeply anchored in scripture.
-
That is understandable. Maybe they don't think it's needed. Maybe they have not had great experiences in therapy/counseling before. The key is to communicate a few things. (1) Being in a collective environment with other couples wanting to make their marriages better is often less intimidating than sitting in therapy. (2) The spouse that is hesitant is often the one that feels they are not "heard" in traditional therapy sessions. This type of environment actually works really well because in sessions like this, both spouses will likely hear from the stage, what the other has been trying to say.
-
Sorry that things have gotten that way. But NO. It is not too late. God can restore your marriage no matter how far gone you think it is. This singular event might be one part of a multifaceted approach to getting you better, but it will be an important one. You are not alone and there is still a chance.
-
Yes. To get the best experience, it is important that both of you are there
